At Canine Aquatic Center, we offer therapeutic and recreational aquatic therapy sessions for your dog with a Certified Canine Aquatic Therapist. Learn more about our canine aquatic therapy sessions below!

THERAPY SERVICES

New Client Swim Test – $69.00

This is required for all dogs in order to use our facility. A review of your dog’s health history and assessment of swimming skills will be completed. Orientation to the rules/regulations and procedures will be done to ensure everyone’s safe use in and around the pool area. A maximum of 2 family dogs are allowed per appointment. This appointment may be up to 45 minutes in length and will determine swim appropriateness and level. If you have 2 dogs UNDER 20lbs, both dogs can be included in the swim for an additional $20. If you have 2 dogs OVER 20lbs, both dogs can be included in the swim for an additional $30.

Assisted Swim Session (30 Minutes) – $50.00

Our qualified swim staff will work in the water with your dog to assist him or her with swimming, staying in the pool and feeling comfortable and confident in the water. Our professional staff member is always in the pool with your dog guiding the session, monitoring your dog’s response to exercise and ensuring maximum benefit from the session. Each session is customized to the individual needs of each dog and will consist of a blend of resisted swimming, free swimming, and therapeutic rest while in the pool. We strongly recommend that you have your dog evaluated by your veterinarian prior to starting a swim program. Sessions are approximately 30 or 50 minutes depending on your dog’s endurance and capabilities in the pool.

All swimmers must complete New Client Swim before booking these sessions.

Discounted price of $140 for 3 thirty-minute sessions.
Discounted price of $270 for 6 thirty-minute sessions.

Assisted Swim Session (50 Minutes) – $85.00

Advanced and Unassisted Swim Session (25 Minutes) – $40.00

Advanced and unassisted swim sessions are available in 25 or 50 minute appointments. During the New Client Swim Test, dogs must show that they are independent getting in and out of the pool to be eligible to use the advanced and unassisted swim service. Only 1 dog is allowed in the pool at any time unless booked otherwise. Canine Aquatic Center is always video and audio monitored.

Unassisted swim lessons can be used for:

  • Retrieving
  • Fitness
  • Burning off energy
  • Having just plain fun in the water!

Discounted price of $110 for 3 twenty-five-minute sessions.
